An e-commerce organization focused on selling tools to professionals and DIY enthusiasts. Our headquarters and warehouse are located in a state-of-the-art facility in Tilburg, with top facilities.

We consistently focus on innovation and optimization, making us partly responsible for the transition from 'bricks to clicks' in the tool market.

We are listed in the Twinkle Top100 and have won various FD Gazellen Awards.

We're offering you a position within our e-commerce organization. Currently, we're in the scale-up phase, always on the move, standing still is not an option! You'll be jumping on a moving train, ready to conquer the e-commerce world. Fixami consists of 5 webshops: Gereedschapcentrum.nl, Fixami.be, & Fixami.fr, and our most recent additions, Verfwebwinkel.nl & Verfwebwinkel.be. From our office and warehouse in Tilburg, we're revving up the e-commerce engine! This e-commerce journey is far from over. Are you ready to join us? If you work in the warehouse or the Customer Support department and work after 10:00 PM, you're entitled to a 35% shift allowance. In the evening hours, a delicious meal will also be provided for you.

History

2007 - Selling (power)tools through Marketplace
The history of Gereedschapcentrum.nl began in 2007, when we started offering (second-hand) tools via Marktplaats. We noticed that there was a lot of demand, and so this would form the basis for an online tool store. 

2009 - 'Attic' business and first web shop
We got the hang of it and this led to the creation of Gereedschapcentrum, in January 2009. We started from the attic offering brand new DeWalt (professional) tools on Marktplaats. This did not go without merit so an own webshop became necessary. We had an excellent time and by September 2009 the website Gereedschapcentrum.nl was born.  

2010 - Broader range of tools and growth in demand
In addition to the demand for DeWalt tools, there was also a lot of demand for Makita tools, another major player in the (professional) power tool sector. At the beginning of 2010 we expanded the assortment with hand tools and also included screwdrivers in all shapes and sizes. From the beginning we offered our tools at the best possible prices! 
 
It was around the summer of 2010 that we started to grow out of our online presence. We decided to develop our own online shopping experience. A web shop that met our expectations and matched our growth spurt.  

2012 - We are growing fast
Where we still had three employees in the beginning of 2012, we now have 50 employees! With our new website we are able to respond to all requests for professional tools, day in day out. 

2014 - Relocation
As far as our office and warehouse are concerned, we are also bursting at the seams. In the summer of 2014 we moved to new premises.  

2016 - Gereedschapcentrum.nl opens Belgian site under the name Fixami.be
Many customers from Belgium know how to find us. And have done so for quite some time. Therefore, we thought it was time to express our thanks for this in the form of our own site. In addition, it offers our customers many advantages. December 2016 we therefore opened our webshop in Belgium. We chose an international name which we can use in multiple countries. Fixami.be is now the place to go for professional tools for our Belgian professionals! 

2016 - Gold for HBL Online
We have won a Golden Gazelle at the FD Gazellen Awards! This makes us the fastest growing (medium-sized) company in the south of the Netherlands of 2016. Gereedschapcentrum.nl, Fixami.be, Fixami.fr and Fixami.es are among others part of HBL Online B.V. 

2017 - Launching renewed webshop & even more prices
Easier placing orders, easier navigation and even finding the right product with typos. Just a few improvements that have been implemented during the latest updates. And with success! Because also in 2017 HBL Online B.V. has managed to win a Golden Gazelle. For the second year in a row we are the fastest growing (medium-sized) company in the south of the Netherlands. Also, HBL Online B.V. was in the finals of the Best Entrepreneurial Vision (BOV-Trophy). 

2018 - Another move
We have moved! Due to continued growth and strong demand for professional tools, we moved to even larger premises in May 2018.  

2019 - Another Golden Gazelle and spot #75 in the Twinkle100
The steps we have taken in the past year are paying off! As a result, HBL Online B.V. has also won a Golden Gazelle in 2019, this time even in the 'large' category. In addition, we have expanded our warehouse space considerably and we are active on ManoMano in France and Spain to increase our brand awareness and get to know the online market in those countries even better. We also entered 2019 at spot #75 in the Twinkle100, the ranking of online retail toppers. And we are only too proud of that! 

2020 - Huge growth and a move on the way
Online orders have taken off worldwide in 2020, we see this directly reflected in our sales and numbers. We are growing faster than ever! We are therefore very happy to have found an investor in this special period: Foreman Capital. Together with them we are going to make our dream - Fixami online throughout Europe - a reality. In the meantime we're not sitting still, we're connecting several marketplaces and we're also shipping to Italy. Despite all the homework we are doing, we notice that we are outgrowing ourselves (again) and we start building a beautiful new office building next to our new warehouse. 

2021 - Three hundred colleagues and a new work location with top facilities
We now have more than 300 colleagues and have once again moved to an even larger building at Zevenheuvelenweg 25 in Tilburg. In this building you will find the office and customer service department. The warehouse and showroom can also be found at this location. It is a working location with top facilities such as a private fitness room and a real rooftop. With our European ambitions we have decided to change the name of HBL Online B.V. to Fixami Nederland B.V. 

2022 - Proud
We are very proud! Fixami/Gereedschapcentrum.nl has won the Golden FD Gazelle in the category large in the southern part of the Netherlands. For the third year in a row we are in the top 3 of the category of largest companies in the southern Netherlands. 

2023 – Ready to join Fixami?
